Y5 are excited to investigate and DISCOVER the secrets of the Vikings and Saxons. We will be finding out the REASONs for the invasions and will be able to EMPATHISE with the monks who were attacked at Lindisfarne. While working as historians we will ASK QUESTIONS to help with our enquiries and won’t be afraid to MAKE MISTAKES along the way. Our learning challenges will help us to BE RESILIENT and we will be using all of our IMAGINE AND CREATE skills to build Viking inspired sculptures. Y5 hope that you will share in our learning and watch as we GROW in confidence as we use all of our DREAM BIG powers this summer term.
